• Profile & fitness data you provide: name, gender, age, birth year, height, weight, target weight, body shape preferences, workout focus areas, diet type, goal settings, and workout day preferences.
• App activity data: workout completions, exercise progress, meal plan completions, calorie tracking, weight logs, grocery checklist status, and 30-day program progress.
• Reminder settings: notification preferences and workout reminder schedule stored on your device.
• Device & usage data (automatic): through Firebase services, we may collect app usage analytics, device identifiers, crash reports, and performance data to improve app stability.
• Push notification token: if notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging may generate a device token to deliver push notifications.

• Provide personalized workout plans, meal plans, and progress tracking
• Send local and push workout reminders (when you allow notifications)

3. Data Storage

Most of your fitness and profile data is stored locally on your device using a local database. We do not operate our own user account servers for core app features. Data collected by third-party services (listed below) is processed according to their policies.

• Google Firebase Crashlytics – crash and error reporting

• Boot completed – to reschedule reminders after device restart
• Wake lock – to deliver scheduled notifications reliably

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers listed above, as required to operate the App, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the App, or use in-app options such as "Restart Progress" (which resets workout and meal progress while keeping profile settings). Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent for notifications
